How to File a Claim

Follow these 6 steps to file your claim correctly the first time — and avoid rejection on technical grounds.

Inform Us First

Intimate the Insurer

Notify your insurance company as soon as possible — most policies require intimation within 24–48 hours of the incident.

Document Everything

Take photos, collect bills, get FIR copies (for theft/accident), medical reports (for health claims) and any other relevant documents.

Submit Claim Form

Fill out the insurer's claim form accurately. We help you fill this to avoid any rejection on technical grounds.

Surveyor Visit

For property or motor claims, the insurer will appoint a surveyor. Be present during the inspection and cooperate fully.

Claim Settlement
